Refund Policy:

AYS 365's refund policy:

• Clients who select a custom package are not eligible for refunds.
• Once the primary design concept is approved, no refunds will be issued.
• Clients who have already requested revisions will not qualify for a refund.
• Refund eligibility will be voided if there is no communication for more than two weeks after the project starts.
• Refunds will only be given according to company policy.
• If you hire other service providers for the same project, you forfeit your right to a refund.
• Refund eligibility depends on providing the necessary details in the creative brief.
• Major changes to the design do not qualify for a refund.
• Refund requests made after the specified time frame will not be considered.
• Changes like business closures or name changes do not warrant a refund.
• Refunds will not be given for reasons like 'change of mind' or disagreements with partners.
• If you're dissatisfied with a service in a bundle, refunds are only available for that specific service.
• Refund requests will not be processed after 15 days from the purchase date.
• Services like social media, domain registration, and web hosting are non-refundable.
• Once you approve the website design for development, refunds will not be granted.
• A money-back guarantee applies only if the initial designs are fully rejected. If additional concepts or modifications are requested, 33% of the payment will be deducted to cover costs.

Please note that AYS 365 reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract. If a refund is granted, the client loses all rights to use the designs, which will remain the property of AYS 365.

Once we receive your request, we will promptly acknowledge it. Our team will review the necessary details, and after completing the analysis, we will proceed with your refund. Important Note: By accepting a refund, you forfeit any rights to the designs provided by AYS 365. The relevant details will be forwarded to Copyright Acquisition Agencies to ensure legal compliance, protecting the integrity of copyright ownership.

Delivery Policy:

Your entire order will be delivered to your account on the date mentioned in your Order Confirmation. A confirmation email will also be sent to update you on the progress. Please note the delivery time for your order is based on the details in your selected package, with a minimum processing time of 2 business days.
